In The Dog House" In this advertisement, The Barkley Family is going on a road trip in their brand new Subaru. This is during the middle of the day in the summer time and Mr. Barkley gets distracted by a female poodle walking across the street right in front of him, while stopped at a stop sign. Mrs. Barkley catches him and snaps at him for checking out the other dog crossing the street. Mr. Barkley is in the dog house.This advertisement is used to try to get people to buy the brand new Subaru. They show that the Subaru is a simple car and that anyone can drive it, including dogs.
